Kakoli Manor in Bashundhara Residential Area, Dhaka, blends bold modern design with serene living. This three-story fair-face concrete home features an introverted facade, with light-filled interiors connecting intimate spaces through double-height passages and terraces.

The ground floor offers parking, a formal living area, a patio, and a swimming pool. The first floor includes family spaces, two kitchens, and a luxurious walk-in closet. The second floor serves as a private retreat with bedrooms and terraces, while the third floor houses a gym and outdoor seating.

Winner of the Porcelanosa International Project Awards (PIPA) 2023 Single-Family Residential Project category, Kakoli Manor sets a standard for sustainable innovation.

F2A+Partners, in collaboration with Porcelanosa Bangladesh, created a sustainable, timeless space using tropical landscaping, minimalist finishes, and striking materials like oxidized corten steel tiles, reflecting modernity and warmth.
